Alice in Wonderland

OK.....Finally I have done this one!!!!! It took me very long time, including rigging, making the background for this character and lighting...,etc. I quit for months since I got a new job, and today I tried to finish it in a typhoon holiday, I discussed a lot with a friend about its lighting and background, now it's the final version, and will move on the next character. 

Sketching Practice - legs of ballerina

Almost 3 months since last time I drew after I entered a new company. Life's become busier, don't really have time to sketch, I did this during our Moon festival as two typhoons reached our Island......:'(  I drew another two, one is not finished yet, the other I think I didn't do well so I am not gonna post that one :P  I am doing less well than before, I really hope that I would have more time and energy to improve it!!!!!

Sketching practice - Legs

I wouldn't say I am talented, but always make big effort on what I want. I drew this picture 4 times, and failed 4 times, then achieved at the fifth time, though it's been weeks. Sunday was the 4th time I tried to do this again, but the result was rough, and a friend said "You are rusty now!"  Today I did it. Yes, sometimes failure just like nutrients can motivate me to go far.

When my boss asked me to do these maps, I was very confused. How could I do without any 2d conceptions? We had a lot of discussions when I had problems to each map, and tried to make something interesting by associating with the names of these maps.  I finally finished them, and also made them lively.
